Structure and electrochemical properties of magnetite and polypyrrole nanocomposites formed by pyrrole oxidation with magnetite nanoparticles

چکیده

Abstract Nanocomposite of magnetic Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles and polypyrrole was prepared under sonication by a new chemical polymerization method during which acted both as pyrrole oxidant component in the composite material. Synthesis this nanocomposite carried out aqueous solution acidified to pH 2, prerequisite for formation these types material facilitate oxidation nanoparticles. In way, two kind materials were produced: /PPy magnetite dispersed PPy matrix -aggregates@PPy that exhibits structure aggregates are surrounded layer polymeric phase. latter case, process took place presence surfactant. These nanocomposites characterized electron microscopy techniques, IR spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, photoelectron spectroscopy thermogravimetry. Particular attention focused on study electrochemical properties formed composites. The reversible behaviour upon oxidation. electrode organic solvents such acetonitrile dichloromethane is very similar an solution.
